Annotator profile
100% of our team are university graduates (Bachelor's to Master's level) from Cameroonian universities (University of Yaoundé I, ENSPD, University of Douala, University of Buea). All are perfectly bilingual French-English.
Training and certification
Every new annotator follows a 4-week internal training program covering industry-standard tools, annotation methodologies by modality, quality and ethics challenges, and data security. An internal certification validates the end of this training.
Stability and commitment
Our team's 12-month retention rate is 87%, versus an industry average below 30% on crowdsourcing platforms. This stability is what enables long-term consistency on our recurring client projects.
Office and operations
Our main operations office is located at Logbessou, Douala, Cameroon. It hosts an average of 60-80 people in person every day, with the rest of the team working remotely.
