1. European conversational AI scale-up
French-language RLHF at scale
Context: A European AI lab developing a French-language model wanted to improve LLM response quality on African and French-speaking topics (mobile money, cultural codes, urban and rural West African contexts).
Mission: Evaluation of 50,000 model-generated response pairs, comparative ranking (RLHF) and drafting of golden answers for difficult cases.
Results: Delivered in 8 weeks. Inter-annotator agreement κ = 0.91. Measured improvement of +14 points on the client's internal benchmark.
2. Retail AI editor
Massive product catalog
Context: A US scale-up developing a visual search engine for e-commerce needed to rapidly annotate a catalog of 2 million products with structured attributes (color, material, style, occasion).
Mission: Multi-attribute annotation across 6 dimensions, deduplication, statistical quality control. Dedicated team of 25 annotators for 4 months.
Results: 2.1M products annotated. Average accuracy 98.7%. The client's search engine went from 67% Recall@10 to 84%.
3. French MedTech in imaging
Medical imaging segmentation
Context: A French MedTech startup developing an AI-assisted diagnostic tool for thoracic radiology sought a fast and confidential annotation partner for 15,000 radiographs annotated in segmentation.
Mission: Pixel-precise segmentation of 12 anatomical structures and 8 pathologies. Annotation by trained specialists in partnership with a consulting radiologist.
Results: Delivered in 6 weeks. Average IoU 96.3%. GDPR compliance validated by external audit. The client filed a CE medical marking application.
4. European automotive manufacturer
ADAS and driver assistance
Context: The AI department of a European car manufacturer needed to enrich its autonomous driving dataset with African road scenes (local signage, pedestrian behaviors, heterogeneous road infrastructure).
Mission: 3D LiDAR + front camera annotation on 80,000 frames. Object detection, lane segmentation, signage classification.
Results: Dataset delivered in 16 weeks. Now enables the client's ADAS system to function correctly in emerging markets.
